Contract:   Our Banquet Rooms are secured when a contract is signed and a deposit is received.  
 In the event the Crystal Manor or Columbus Manor is unable , because of any acts of God, government restrictions upon travel, supplies, employment or labor difficulty in the nature of
strikes or otherwise to perform this contract, we may terminate our contract with you without liability of character.

Cancellation: Cancellation must be in writing by the party that signed the contract.

Refund for Cancellation:  Deposit is returned when and only when room is recontracted with a comparable affair.

Final Count:  Final count is due (7) business days prior to your wedding.

Final Payment:  Final payment is due (4) business days prior to your wedding, unless other arrangements were made.   Acceptable payments are; Certified check, cashiers check or cash.
NO PERSONAL CHECKS can be accepted within ten  (10) days of the function date.

Decorations:  Centerpieces for table are included.  Flowers for buffet are included.  Candelabras and garland for bridal table are also included.

Ceremonial Parks:  We are only able to allow fresh rose petals and bubbles to be used in our parks.

Rehearsal : If arranged in advance, and no other parties are conflicting.  Maitre d'Charge $35.00

Gratuities:  (optional)  Some people after receiving extraordinary service desire to leave a tip for the Maitre d' and staff.  It is always appreciated by staff, please tip Maitre d' separately and the Head Table Waitress for her serving staff.
