General Information

Contract – Our Banquet Rooms are secured when a contract is signed, and a deposit is received. In the event the Crystal Manor, Orchard Garden, or Red Pine Inn is unable, because of any acts of God, government restrictions upon travel supplies, employment or labor difficulty in the nature of strikes or otherwise to perform this contract, we may terminate our contract with you without liability of character.

Cancelation – Cancellation must be in writing by the party that signed the contract.

​

Final Count – Final count is due (7) business days prior to your wedding.

​

Final Payment – Final payment is due (3) business days prior to your wedding, unless other arrangements were made. Acceptable payments are: Certified Check, Cashiers Check, or Cash. Any Credit Card Payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.

Decorations – Centerpieces for tables are included. Flowers for buffet are included. Ceremonial Parks – We are only able to allow fresh rose petals and bubbles to be used in

our parks.

​

Rehearsal – If arranged in advance, and no other parties are conflicting. Maitre d’ charge is $75.00

​

Gratuities – (Optional) Some people after receiving extraordinary service desire to leave a tip for the Maitre d’ and staff. It is always greatly appreciated by the staff, please tip Maitre d’ separately and the Head Table Waitress for her serving staff.
